We aim to make returns easy and stress-free. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, return the unused, undamaged perfume bottle in its original packaging within 15 days, and we’ll gladly offer a full refund or exchange.

Kindly return the perfume using a traceable shipping method, such as a courier or registered mail, to our address. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 5 working days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ensure the perfume bottle remains in its original condition, free from any major use or damage.
